Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols across hotel premises including public areas, back-of-house, and parking facilities
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities and respond to security alerts
- Enforce access control protocols for guests, staff, and vendors using electronic systems
- Respond to emergencies including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches
- Investigate incidents, compile detailed reports, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
- Train junior security personnel on standard operating procedures and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with department heads to implement security improvements and preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of security experience in hospitality or high-security environments
- Valid Security Officer certification from Singapore Police Force or accredited body
- Proficiency in CCTV operation, access control systems, and emergency response protocols
- Strong conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to handle diverse guest interactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
