You will ensure a secure environment for patients, medical staff, and visitors, adhering to strict hospital protocols. We are offering a competitive salary package of up to $3,500 per month for a 2-year contract, making this a stable and lucrative position for the right candidate.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and control access points to verify credentials and prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches.
- Operate CCTV surveillance systems and log any irregularities or suspicious activities.
- Assist in the evacuation process during emergencies and direct traffic flow where necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to hospital visitors and patients.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and submit them to the security supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid and current PLRD (Personal Accident and Liability Reportable Disease) License.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant security experience, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties effectively throughout the shift.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in critical situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid medical fitness certificate (as required by hospital standards).
