Join Reachfield Security & Safety Management as a Senior Security Supervisor and lead critical security operations in Singapore's vibrant Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate security teams across multiple sites (Outram, Tampines, Dover)
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures and manage visitor/employee entry protocols
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on best practices
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's security regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience in Singapore
- Valid Class 3 Security Officer certification from Singapore Police Force
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
