Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation, maintenance, and repair of Bry Air machinery at customer sites.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide clear technical guidance and after-sales support to clients and end-users.
- Document all service activities, including installation logs and maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and customer experiences.
- Travel to various locations within the assigned region as required.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
