Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling to residents, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' circumstances, strengths, and areas for growth
- Coordinate with families, schools, and community resources to create a robust support network
- Lead and mentor junior social workers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies
- Organize and facilitate therapeutic activities and programs to promote residents' personal development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and positive outcomes for residents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social work, preferably with adolescent populations
- Registered with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
- Strong counseling skills with experience in trauma-informed care approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse populations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
