Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security for high-traffic applications
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployments
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Python, or Node.js
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching solutions
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-ready systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
