- Supervise and coordinate daily safety operations for bus fleet across multiple depots
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security protocols aligned with regulatory standards

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of vehicles and facilities
- Train staff in emergency response procedures and safety compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during security incidents

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Safety Management, Security, or Transport Operations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in safety/supervisory roles
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore transport safety regulations
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with security systems and surveillance technology
- Incident investigation and report writing expertise
- Valid Class 3 driving license (advantageous)
