Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily crew schedules to ensure optimal service coverage
- Monitor crew performance, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans
- Train crew members on safety protocols, customer service standards, and operational procedures
- Investigate and resolve service disruptions or crew-related incidents
- Collaborate with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage crew rosters, attendance, and leave requests
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of crew management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of Singapore's public transport regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or higher)
