Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable MDM solutions for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices
- Implement automated patch management processes to ensure system security and compliance
- Monitor endpoint health, troubleshoot complex issues, and minimize operational downtime
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and security protocols
- Lead endpoint security initiatives and vulnerability assessments across regional operations
- Optimize device enrollment, configuration, and retirement workflows
- Collaborate with IT teams to align endpoint management with business continuity plans
- Evaluate and integrate emerging MDM technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in MDM platforms: Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or VMware Workspace ONE
- Strong knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) and zero-trust security models
- Certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation and deployment tasks
- Experience with endpoint security tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne) and SIEM platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues in high-pressure environments
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
