Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive mobile device management solutions across the organization
- Oversee endpoint security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Develop and execute patch management strategies to maintain system integrity and minimize vulnerabilities
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in mobile device management
- Lead incident response and resolution for endpoint-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with 3+ years specializing in mobile device management
- Proficiency with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or AirWatch
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security principles and best practices
- Experience with patch management tools and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Relevant certifications such as MCT, MCSE, or Apple Certified macOS Technician preferred
