Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements in Indonesia
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax positions while maintaining compliance
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business operations and their tax implications
- Manage tax audits and examinations by tax authorities
- Provide tax advice and guidance to business units on tax implications of transactions
- Monitor and analyze tax risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a multinational company
- Professional certification in taxation (Brevet A & B) or CPA is highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex tax concepts
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
