In this pivotal role, you will ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while optimizing our tax strategies. You will act as a key advisor to management, handling complex tax filings, reconciliations, and liaising with government authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage monthly and annual tax compliance, including SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan.
- Oversee the calculation, reporting, and filing of Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan) and VAT (PPN).
- Conduct tax planning and analysis to minimize tax liabilities in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and review tax schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for audits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tax authorities and auditors.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity within the company's ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Senior Tax role within the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Certification such as Brevet A, B, or C is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (UU HPP, UU PPN, UU PPh).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
