Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and overhauls on a wide range of vehicle models.
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure all repairs meet company quality and safety standards.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians to ensure consistent skill development and team productivity.
- Manage workshop workflow to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Document all service activities, parts used, and labor hours accurately in the internal tracking system.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, including engine management, transmission, braking, and suspension.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic data.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate a service team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to 'right-first-time' repair philosophy.
- High school diploma or vocational training certification in Automotive Technology is required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
