Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on college buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems
- Conduct systematic inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment including HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, and plumbing networks
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with academic departments to minimize operational disruptions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards across all facilities
- Document maintenance activities using digital systems and prepare detailed progress reports
- Assist in facility improvement projects including renovations and new installations
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Building Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or technical support role
- Proven expertise in building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
- Valid trade certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and digital documentation systems
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions
