Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft airframe structures and engine components in accordance with manufacturer manuals and regulatory standards.
- Execute complex troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify mechanical, structural, or systems-related defects.
- Supervise junior technicians during heavy maintenance checks to ensure workflows adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
- Document all maintenance activities, component replacements, and structural repairs accurately in the maintenance management system.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during ongoing maintenance projects.
- Conduct functional tests on aircraft systems post-repair to verify airworthiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace, ensuring adherence to FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in aircraft airframe and engine maintenance within a hangar or MRO environment.
- Possession of CAAS (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) B1/B2 license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), and Structural Repair Manuals (SRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for mechanical detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict turnaround times.
- Strong commitment to aviation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
