Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues in commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, refrigerators, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Execute emergency repairs with speed and accuracy to minimize client downtime
- Document all service activities, including parts used and technical solutions implemented
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and share technical knowledge
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and assist with training programs
- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging F&B technologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical components
- Certification in HVAC or commercial appliance repair preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints accurately
- Valid driver's license with clean record for field service requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
