We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure that all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with industry standards. In this pivotal position, you will utilize your extensive expertise to diagnose complex mechanical issues, perform precise repairs, and conduct thorough preventative maintenance schedules.
Your daily tasks will involve interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide your repair work. You will be responsible for inspecting and servicing various components, including compressors, condensers, and refrigerant lines, while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety codes and environmental regulations.
- Perform refrigerant handling and system charging using EPA guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational certificate or Associate degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification for refrigerant handling.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, refrigeration cycles, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical manuals and schematics.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions and heights.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
