Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cash handling operations including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services
- Process remittances, loan payments, and other financial transactions according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Assist junior tellers with complex transactions and provide guidance on banking procedures
- Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies to the Branch Services Officer
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of banking regulations and security protocols
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software systems
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
