Air Mas Perkasa is a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Tender Officer to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in our business growth by managing the full lifecycle of B2B and BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) tenders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indonesian procurement landscape, specifically with government e-procurement systems (LPSE/SPSE). You will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to craft competitive proposals, ensure all documentation meets rigorous compliance standards, and drive our success in high-stakes bidding environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, from document identification and preparation to final submission for B2B and BUMN clients.
- Monitor and analyze tender portals (LPSE, SPSE, and private sector platforms) for relevant business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical specifications and commercial requirements for proposal drafting.
- Ensure 100% compliance with complex government and corporate tender regulations and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain necessary certifications, permits, and product documentation.
- Manage the post-tender process, including contract reviews, clarification sessions, and debriefing meetings.
- Maintain an organized database of tender history, winning strategies, and market pricing intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Tender Officer, Bid Administrator, or similar commercial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian government procurement regulations (Perpres Pengadaan Barang/Jasa) and B2B tender processes.
- Proficiency in using LPSE/SPSE platforms and e-procurement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and legal tender documents.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet strict submission deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document and proposal creation.
