Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales revenue.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and retail partners to maximize brand presence.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store trade activations, promotional events, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and digital content.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Travel to various trade events, client sites, and retail outlets as required to support business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of retail channels, trade promotions, and shopper marketing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required by the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
