Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to increase brand presence and market share across all retail touchpoints.
  • Design and implement engaging in-store activations, displays, and promotional campaigns tailored to the bakery segment.
  • Analyze retail performance data and consumer behavior insights to optimize stock levels, pricing strategies, and promotional ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of trade programs and product launches.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring all spend is optimized for maximum impact and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to secure prime visibility and shelf space.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to proactively adjust trade initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing or retail channel management, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and sales reporting tools.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end trade promotions and retail growth projects.
  • Exceptional project management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine retail landscape and consumer purchasing habits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
