Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily product control activities for trade products, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation.
- Monitor and verify compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with front-office trading teams and treasury to identify and resolve complex control discrepancies.
- Implement and drive process simplification initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting for senior management and audit committees.
- Conduct variance analysis and risk assessments on trade portfolios to highlight key risk indicators.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product control, risk management, or financial operations within a large financial institution or multinational corporation.
- Strong working knowledge of trade finance products, including FX, commodities, and derivatives.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IFRS, Basel, and local banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
