Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Transfer Pricing documentation projects in compliance with Indonesian regulations and OECD guidelines.
- Perform complex benchmarking studies and financial analysis to support intercompany pricing policies.
- Advise multinational clients on tax planning, risk assessment, and cross-border structuring.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
- Collaborate with international offices to provide seamless cross-border tax solutions.
- Represent the firm during tax audits and assist in defending client positions before tax authorities.
- Mentor and review the work of junior consultants to ensure technical accuracy and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically within a Transfer Pricing division at a top-tier tax consulting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PMK) and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and database research (e.g., Orbis, Bloomberg).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, capable of conveying complex tax concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet rigorous client deadlines.
- Professional certification (such as Brevet A/B or USKP) is highly regarded.
