Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user engagement.
- Create compelling graphic assets, including logos, marketing collateral, and brand identity materials.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical constraints are met.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with clear rationale and strong visual storytelling.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in responsive web design, branding, and typography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic animation principles is a significant plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
