Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and visual language.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (including advanced prototyping and components).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
