Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and design of intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all product platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate on design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to oversee the successful implementation of designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes that articulate design ideas effectively.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX friction points, providing data-driven improvements to increase user engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web/mobile applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design principles, and mobile-first methodologies.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment alongside cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) to ensure feasibility of designs.
