Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user experiences (UX) and visually compelling user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of design thinking and continuous improvement.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with a focus on business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interactive Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a corporate or financial technology environment.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products, user research, and data-driven design decisions.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design vision to non-designers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
