Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the comprehensive health, welfare, and medical treatment of livestock and animals within the Cimory facility.
- Develop, implement, and monitor vaccination, deworming, and immunization schedules to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Conduct regular medical check-ups, diagnostic procedures, and laboratory tests to ensure early detection of health issues.
- Manage and lead a team of junior veterinarians, animal handlers, and support staff, providing training and professional guidance.
- Collaborate with the nutrition and farm management teams to optimize animal diets and environmental conditions.
- Ensure strict compliance with national biosecurity, hygiene, and sanitation standards to maintain a disease-free environment.
- Perform surgical interventions and provide emergency medical care as required, maintaining detailed medical records for all animals.
- Analyze health data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to management for improving overall herd health.
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Dokter Hewan degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must possess a valid and active Veterinary License (Surat Tanda Registrasi Veteriner - STRV) in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in veterinary practice, with a strong preference for livestock or dairy farm experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced diagnostic skills and proficiency in veterinary surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a farm environment.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Cisarua, Bogor, and work flexible hours if animal emergencies arise.
