About the Role
BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the POM (Portfolio & Order Management) Product Management function in Singapore. This pivotal role sits within our global Trading & Markets division. You will define the strategic vision and roadmap for the POM platform, which executes highly complex, large-volume trade orders efficiently and cost-effectively. As the product owner, you will manage the work direction of cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between trading desk needs, operations, and technology to drive innovation and platform excellence.

Responsibilities
- Define and manage the POM product roadmap, aligning with global trading and operational strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Partner with trading desks to capture workflow requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyse platform performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Manage product budget and stakeholder expectations across global regions.
- Ensure platform compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience in financial services, specifically trading or order management systems.
- Deep understanding of fixed income, equities, and derivatives trade lifecycles.
- Proven track record delivering complex, global technology products.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
