- Lead and direct video production projects from concept to completion
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Oversee video editing, post-production, and color grading processes
- Mentor and guide junior videographers and production assistants
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual narratives
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and equipment
- Manage project timelines and ensure delivery of high-quality content
- Contribute creative ideas for video campaigns and content strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional videography experience
- Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition principles
- Experience leading video production teams and mentoring junior staff
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse videography projects and technical skills
