Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Conduct thorough technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawlability, indexability, and site performance issues.
- Perform extensive keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and expansion.
- Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, header tags, internal linking structures, and image optimization.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all published material is optimized for both search engines and user intent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and core web vitals.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how they impact SEO performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
