Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Perform extensive keyword research and competitive gap analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and site structure for both search engines and users.
- Monitor and analyze search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building and digital PR outreach.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, ROI, and actionable recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Advanced proficiency in technical SEO auditing and site performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Proven track record of improving SERP rankings and organic conversion rates.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate SEO strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced team environment.
