Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their service needs and vehicle concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing clear explanations of required repairs and maintenance services.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and obtain customer authorization before commencing work.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of service history and communication within our CRM system.
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and longevity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a service advisory or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a simple, understandable way.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic automotive management software.
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
