Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer service appointments and coordinate workflow with technical team
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and communicate repair requirements
- Prepare detailed service estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Process warranty claims and manage insurance documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records in dealership management systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service advisor role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS)
- Sales experience with automotive services or products preferred
- Valid Singapore driving license required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
