In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure.
We offer a competitive basic salary of $3,500 – $5,000 per month combined with attractive commissions and incentives, allowing you to maximize your earning potential. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and actively listen to their vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Perform accurate vehicle inspections and prepare detailed, transparent repair estimates.
- Communicate technical findings and recommended repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage the workshop schedule to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure all necessary parts are ordered and available.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service at the point of sale.
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction with the completed service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and dealership management software (DMS).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak hours.
