Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, booking service appointments, and managing vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups.
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds to identify service needs and document customer concerns accurately.
- Provide clear, detailed explanations of technical diagnostics and repair recommendations to clients.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs through the workshop.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair status, parts delays, and final service completion.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, high-quality service experiences.
- Coordinate closely with mechanics to ensure work quality meets premium brand standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and billing documentation within the dealership management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Deep passion for luxury automobiles, specifically BMW or similar European makes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and digital record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
