- Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and repair consultations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and repair timelines for customer approval
- Coordinate with body shop technicians to ensure efficient repair execution
- Manage customer communication throughout the repair process
- Resolve service inquiries and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Prepare detailed service orders and documentation
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain customer satisfaction metrics and feedback systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience
- Technical knowledge of body and paint repair processes
- Strong cost estimation and repair planning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in automotive service management software
- Valid Malaysian driver's license
- Automotive technical certification preferred
