In this critical role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our heavy-duty vehicle workshop, ensuring seamless communication between our technical team and valued clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end service bookings and workshop scheduling for heavy-duty vehicles.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure clarity and professional service.
- Coordinate job flow to ensure repair deadlines are met with high accuracy.
- Update and maintain precise service records and job status reports in our management system.
- Proactively communicate service updates, delays, or additional requirements to customers.
- Monitor workshop capacity and optimize planning to maximize productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate cost estimates and timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, or relevant technical qualification.
- Prior experience in service advising, workshop planning, or vehicle fleet management is highly preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and service management software.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in the Tuas region.
