PT X-Motors Internasional Group is looking for a dedicated and professional Service Advisor (Mobil) to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by acting as the bridge between our valued customers and our expert workshop technicians. Your ability to understand vehicle issues, communicate technical details clearly, and provide exceptional customer service will be essential to ensuring our clients leave satisfied and vehicles are repaired efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, receiving customer requests, diagnosing repair needs, and preparing accurate service estimates. You will ensure that all work is completed according to the highest standards of quality and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and analyze customer inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and general repair requirements.
- Perform preliminary vehicle inspections to identify faults and prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate technical findings and cost estimates to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule repairs, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions in the management system.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and building long-term relationships.
- Ensure all service work complies with company policies and industry safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of general automotive repair, engine systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume workshop environment.
- Proficient in using computerized service management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
- Experience with Mobil Oil products is a plus.
