As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service, ensuring vehicle maintenance needs are met with precision, and upholding the high standards of the Nissan brand.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our expert technicians and our clients. You will manage repair orders, provide accurate estimates, and communicate technical updates clearly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, conducting thorough vehicle walk-arounds to identify service needs.
  • Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs based on technician inspections.
  • Generate and manage accurate repair orders, ensuring timely updates for clients throughout the service process.
  • Provide clear, transparent explanations of technical issues and cost estimates to non-technical customers.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to monitor progress and ensure vehicles are ready by the promised delivery time.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Upsell maintenance packages and genuine parts to enhance vehicle performance and longevity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and service maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, service scheduling software, and basic administrative tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license is highly preferred.
