In this role, you will be the face of our service department, bridging the gap between cutting-edge automotive technology and our valued customers.
As a Service Advisor, you will lead the service experience by ensuring that every Xpeng owner receives professional, efficient, and transparent support. You will act as a key contact point, managing service workflows, translating technical vehicle needs into actionable service orders, and ensuring our high standards of quality are maintained at every touchpoint. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end customer service experience, from initial greeting to vehicle handover.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments while optimizing workshop capacity.
- Prepare accurate job orders and provide clear, transparent cost estimates to customers.
- Supervise service bay workflows to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
- Act as a technical liaison between the workshop technicians and the customer, explaining complex vehicle issues in simple terms.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolve service-related escalations professionally.
- Ensure all service documentation and digital records are compliant with Xpeng’s global brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automotive service advisory or workshop supervisory role.
- Strong background in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology or premium vehicle services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse customer needs.
- Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven ability to lead a small team and maintain high operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellence in customer care.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English (written and verbal).
