Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on desktops and laptops
- Perform system troubleshooting, testing, and component replacement
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate service records
- Provide clear technical guidance to customers regarding system issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical challenges
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and peripherals
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair methodologies
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for potential on-site support)
