Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers entering our establishment.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or service staff.
- Service Delivery: Serve customers promptly and ensure all orders are presented correctly and attractively.
- Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Point of Sale: Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Crew or in a similar customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physical: Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
