Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for enterprise clients
- Develop and implement SLAs/KPIs to ensure service excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams (technical, support, sales) to meet targets
- Conduct regular client health checks and satisfaction audits
- Optimize service processes using continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage service budgets and resource allocation efficiently

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/Business Management (S2 preferred)
- 5+ years experience in service delivery/IT operations management
- Proven expertise in SLA/KPI development and monitoring
- Certification in ITIL/Prince2/Agile (mandatory)
- Strong financial acumen for budget management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
