Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets efficiently within defined SLAs.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and user interactions in the knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Service Desk, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule to support business operations.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) are highly desirable.
