Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of dental equipment at client sites.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and respond to urgent repair requests.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults in dental devices.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and user manuals to dental practitioners and staff.
- Document all service activities, including technical checks, repairs, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve service processes and product reliability.
- Ensure all service work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or repair of medical or industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic circuits, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
- Familiarity with dental equipment or a strong willingness to undergo specific product training.
