As a Service Engineer, you will serve as the face of technical support for our customers, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the installation, configuration, and setup of new equipment and systems at customer sites according to technical specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance schedules and calibration to ensure optimal system performance and prevent future breakdowns.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic system failures with speed and accuracy.
- Perform thorough safety inspections and quality control checks on all installed equipment before commissioning.
- Document all service activities, including repair logs, parts used, and customer feedback, in a centralized management system.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and sales teams to provide feedback on product improvements and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent technical diploma).
- Proven experience working as a Service Engineer or similar technical role within the manufacturing or facilities management industry.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, schematics, and troubleshooting methodologies for industrial equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Valid professional certification or license in the relevant engineering discipline is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls and travel requirements within the region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
