Based primarily in the Jurong West area with field assignments across Tuas and Clementi, you will be instrumental in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various equipment for our valued clients. We operate on a 5-day work week, offering a stable environment where your expertise is highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on a range of equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to clients, offering training and best practices.
- Prepare detailed service reports, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts used.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges and improve service delivery.
- Manage and maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience as a Service Engineer, Service Technician, or in a similar field service role.
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license for travel to various client sites across Singapore (Tuas, Clementi, Jurong West etc.).
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Proactive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Willingness to be on standby or work overtime occasionally when required for urgent service calls.
