Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate between clients and technical teams for accurate diagnostics
- Prepare detailed service estimates and maintenance reports
- Handle insurance claim documentation and processing
- Upsell additional services and preventive maintenance packages
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Resolve service delivery issues with timely follow-ups
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive service advisory
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic software and CRM tools
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) required
- Certification in automotive service management advantageous
