- Lead and coordinate workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive service or after-sales operations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body and paint repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in automotive service management software
